Is KFC kidding me? They're charging delivery fees now?

They raised the chicken prices by a few hundred won too.
On a 1+1 deal day, it was 14,000 won for 8 pieces, so I'd order it.
But trying to order after a while, the chicken got more expensive, so it's 15,000 won plus a 4,000 won delivery fee,
making it 19,000 won.
