Security guards these days are something else... wow

The apartment security guard told me that these days,
the educational backgrounds of applicants have become so high that 40% of applicants
are graduate school graduates. Wow.
He even said there are graduates from SKY universities (Seoul National, Korea, Yonsei). Wow.
At first, I couldn't believe it, so I asked if he meant security officers
working at luxury residential complexes, hotels, department stores, or marts
rather than apartment guards, but he said it was true. Wow.
Apartment security work is a demanding job with harsh working conditions,
so it's truly surprising that graduate school graduates are flocking to such a tough field.
There was a time in the past when even high school graduates were considered overqualified,
and they only hired people with at least a middle school education. Wow.
