They had blocked it before, but instructors used to reconstruct questions without infringing on copyrights to post reviews and explanations on YouTube (videos were only released on the day of the TOEIC exam).
Since late August, they have started cracking down heavily.
I took the exam today, and the announcement repeated twice that even for educational purposes, the act of reconstructing and posting questions on platforms like 'YouTube' could result in disadvantages such as suspension of test-taking eligibility.
