They quoted me mid-500,000 won to replace four 18-inch Hanta HPX tires. Is this correct?

They said the cost to replace all four at Tire Bank
is in the mid-500,000 won range, including labor.
It's much cheaper than I expected, so is this right?
It doesn't seem like there would be much difference compared to Gongim Nara,
but I've heard that Tire Bank is usually expensive.
Are there any car experts here who can help?
