Japan has developed something incredibly innovative wow

Of course, in this IT era, some might say, "What kind of innovation is this? lol"
But a company called Nissin (the original instant noodle company)
has developed a cup noodle that you can eat with cold water.
They even say the taste reviews are good.
Some might argue, "But ramen is all about that hot broth!"
However, considering the situation in Japan (earthquakes, etc.),
people are saying it will be extremely useful in shelters when hot water isn't available...
Since people are comparing it to a "Chogye-myeon" (cold chicken noodle) style,
it seems they've nailed the flavor too.
It'll be great for hiking, when you don't have hot water, or when you want something refreshing in the summer
(like cold ramen instead of cold buckwheat noodles lol).
And it'll be truly useful in emergencies.
Well, of course... Korea will probably develop something similar soon too.
After all, the core technology is the method of rehydrating noodles in cold water.
