I feel like becoming a professional in Japan is even harder than passing through the eye of a needle

There are so many users, but only 12 professionals
There are probably even prestigious high schools that can't get any scouts
From the start, I think many kids realize the reality while in high school
and aim for semi-pro
rather than going pro
