This case was closed as a missing person case at the police stage,
so it was not even a case transferred to the prosecution.
Therefore,
the prosecutor had no opportunity to receive the records
and conduct a supplementary investigation.
However,
I believe that at least a minimum level of supplementary investigation power must be maintained.
