Isn't Tangsuyuk a bit of a rip-off?

I mean, a small portion costs somewhere in the mid-to-high 10,000 won range,
but the amount they give you is like a tiny speck. It's ridiculous.
In many ways, it's the same price as ordering chicken or pizza with a discount,
but at least you can feel full eating those by yourself.
Seriously, even eating Tangsuyuk as a standalone dish doesn't fill you up. Why is the portion size so incredibly poor compared to the price?
It's not like it's made of expensive ingredients or it's some kind of gourmet food.
