Proof of participation in the workplace running race (5.16km category)

Since my workplace is a university, they held a running race for the school anniversary,
so I participated for the first time.
Most of the participants were students,
and since many of them were from running clubs,
there were quite a few people in the 5.16km category
clocking in the 17-minute and 18-minute ranges.
I definitely got a reality check;;
Still, I managed to achieve my goal of finishing in the top 10.
As my ankle and hamstring pain have become chronic,
I was afraid of long distances, so I signed up for a short course,
and I think I made the right choice.
I wonder if the day will ever come when I can run without pain haha.
Still, I feel grateful today that I am at least able to run this distance.
Good luck to all you Bul-pener members!!
