Men must be careful of sexual crime allegations

This actually happened between employees at a company.
A man was hanging out with a woman, and they decided to go for drinks.
The woman drove her own car to a motel, then they went to a restaurant to drink... then they went back to the motel to have a few more drinks, and as you know, things progressed to the next stage...
However, the woman woke up the next day, felt flustered, left first, and then reported him.
In the end, the man was found guilty of quasi-rape.
