Do people get ptosis correction if about 40% of the pupil is covered?

It's a complex of mine.. My vision is good, but about 40% of my pupil is covered and my eyes are asymmetrical, so I always wear glasses without lenses ㅜㅜ It looks even more noticeable in photos, so in this case, do people get ptosis correction? Since I am a man in my mid-30s and an office worker, I am being a bit cautious about it.
