Analog vs. Smartwatch if buying a watch in the 100,000 KRW range

In the 100,000 KRW range, I think for analog you could get a Casio, Timex, or maybe the cheapest Seiko models.
If buying a watch at that price point, would a smartwatch be the better answer?
