I requested a 'Foreign Exchange Purchase Certificate' from the bank for VAT filing purposes, but they sent a 'Foreign Exchange Purchase Receipt' instead, stating that it can be used as a substitute. Is it acceptable to use a Foreign Exchange Purchase Receipt in place of a Foreign Exchange Purchase Certificate?
