Why doesn't Seo Kyoung-duk point out things like Japanese AV that Koreans download illegally?

Koreans are downloading content almost for free via web hard services, even though it's sold through licensed companies in Japan. When I look at his Instagram, he complains every day about China illegally downloading Korean content, but he must have also watched Japanese AV through illegal downloads himself. Why doesn't he point out things like this?
