Why the 5th in Protocol is in Busan (High school girl: Because it's 5th place.)

This is a 100% true story that happened at a certain P University in Busan. As I was coming down after eating, a high school girl was coming up and said to me, "It's because it's 5th place." I even know which high school she goes to. (I'll keep it a secret.)
In the past, someone once said to a person, "The highest position you can reach, Senior, is Prime Minister."
I guess even high schoolers know this kid is going to become Prime Minister.
Previously, while I was just standing at a traffic light at Gwangalli Beach in Busan, a woman behind me turned around and said, "Go to the Blue House."
So I thought, "Now even people I don't know know who I am."
However, I wondered if I was being delusional and asked if I had ever ranked 5th, but I haven't ranked 5th? I wondered if 5th place meant a failed interview.
