A junior colleague at a securities firm is asking me to open an account

Normally, they don't make requests like this
and seemed to be doing just fine
but now they've asked me to open an account, so I'm wondering if they're under some kind of pressure
What do I get if I open it?
As long as I don't suffer any damages, I don't mind
