Korean tattoo enthusiasts visiting Japan look truly ignorant.

Japan is much more conservative regarding tattoos than Korea, and some even view them as a sign of anti-social behavior.
Yet, I saw people openly touring Japan with Irezumi tattoos all over their arms and legs.
No matter where you go, the bare minimum should be researching the local culture and social perceptions...
Though, if they were the type to care about such things, they probably wouldn't have gotten those tattoos in the first place...
Anyway, seeing people walking around with full Irezumi while pushing strollers made me think,
"I didn't realize people could be so tactless..."
