Premium locations are a given,
but even mid-to-low tier areas in Seoul are tough even with a first-prize lottery jackpot.
The Gyeonggi province area isn't easy either.
Seeing this makes me realize house prices really are expensive.
In the past, winning the lottery first prize meant you could at least afford an apartment on the outskirts of Seoul.
