One of the North Port dome stadium sites is absolutely incredible

This is the view looking from the Lotte Department Store area in Nampo-dong toward the North Port.
If a dome stadium is built on that land, the view of the baseball field will be great, but it's also incredibly close to Busan Station.
The transportation network is so good that you wouldn't even need to drive your own car. (KTX + BuTX + Line 1)
With parks and buildings being developed nearby, it would be wonderful if a dome stadium were also built there.
Looking at that land and then looking at the area around Sajik Stadium just makes me sigh.
It is such a shame to give up on that site.
