Is it safest to buy tires from Abc Tire(?) and then take them to an installation shop?

I missed the timing to change my car, so I think I'll have to drive this one for a while longer.
I'm not looking for expensive tires...
I've been buying from Tire Bank so far,
but an ad popped up and I installed an app, and I noticed there are quite a lot of tire replacement apps out there..
It would be a huge help if you could tell me which one is the standard choice.
(I also need to replace the tire pressure sensors too.. T.T)
