Morning Run on Hangeul Day

The morning temperatures these days are just wonderful.
It's a bit too fast a pace to call it jogging,
but my heart rate doesn't deviate much from a jogging zone.
I think there's a big benefit to the heart rate during this transition from hot to cool weather lol
