[Breaking] "Dispatching prosecutors to police stations"—what is this now?

After making such a huge fuss about preventing prosecutors from conducting investigations,
now they say they will dispatch prosecutors to the police to support investigations.
If that's the case, why did they separate the investigative powers of the prosecution and the police?
Why did they separate the Central Investigation Agency and the Prosecution Office?
And why all that chaos over the supplementary investigation rights...
Anyway, they've gone beyond a messy stew and are making straight-up dog food.... lol
