Professional sports should be excluded from military service exemptions in exchange for introducing secondary military units like the National Police Agency

‌It is not the case that every one of the 100 sports disciplines has a Sangmu (military sports team) unit, is it?
Each sports association should be allowed to either maintain a Sangmu unit (provided the number of slots is realistically increased) or opt for military service exemptions.
