I just watched Ultimatum

It goes without saying that the action is outstanding, but
what made me feel this movie was truly amazing
as the conclusion to this trilogy
was the narrative plausibility.
Why the protagonist had to wander through
all those countless locations, why the structure of the entire trilogy
was designed this way, the psychology of the supporting characters,
and the reasoning behind their choices—it perfectly resolved
every single question and foreshadowing laid out throughout the series
to achieve a clean and complete finish.
The catharsis you feel, especially when the final end credits roll,
is no joke.
It doesn't stop at the simple thrill of spy action;
it delivers a heavy, lingering resonance and a profound message.
A work that proves with its entire being
that there is a clear reason why certain movies are called masterpieces.
