I want to move to Jeju Island or the countryside once I finish raising my kids and retire.

I'd want to go to a rural city and live in a newly built apartment.
As long as there is good food delivery service and an E-Mart nearby, that should be enough infrastructure for me.
Somewhere like the Seogwipo New Town area would be ideal.
