It seems like it would be a great place to live near Dongtan Station

Right in front of you,
is the largest Lotte Department Store in Gyeonggi-do.
While it doesn't have the usual "Eru-Sha" (Hermès, Louis Vuitton, Chanel) brands..
the food court is very well-developed.
Also, right next to it, there is a station
where you can use the KTX and GTX..
In front of the department store, there are
regional buses that can get you to Gangnam in under 40 minutes.
It's near E-Mart Traders,
and within close distance,
there is a Hanaro Mart and Dongtan Lake Park.
Currently, Hallym University Hospital is there,
and Korea University Dongtan Hospital is scheduled to be built.
In many ways, it seems like a decent place to live.
Of course, the Dongtan Station area is the best,
but the Lake Park or Hanaro Mart areas seem good too.
