Did you all know that only SRT seats can rotate?

I saw a Lysenne Short where Woni and Jenna were laughing at the PD saying the seats rotate,
but then they looked surprised when a staff member actually came and rotated them.
I didn't know that SRT seats could rotate.
Did everyone else know this..?
Apparently, it doesn't work on KTX, only on SRT.
