Gym etiquette is a mess these days

I occasionally see people who don't put the weight plates back, but that's nothing compared to the others. There are so many people who leave their workout clothes or communal towels scattered around instead of putting them in the collection bins in the shower room.
There are also many people who use communal locker keys to use personal lockers, and just recently, a villain appeared who took all the communal locker keys out and threw them on top of the lockers.
I wonder if it's because it's a large 24-hour gym, but if I hadn't already paid for a full year, I would want to move to a gym that is better managed.
