The results of the landmine incident forensic investigation should have been released long ago.

There are agencies like the Ministry of National Defense Investigation Command or forensic science institutions that handle investigations and forensics like that.
They can determine where the landmines were manufactured and whether or not the ROK Armed Forces use them; if the military doesn't use them, the answer is obvious.
They just need to present those results to the public.
If they do not release the results,
the People Power Party should go there and demand a briefing on the findings.
