Where is football more popular even when baseball performance is better?

Are there any places besides Florida?
I was shocked to hear that even though Tampa is competing for the league championship, they lose viewership to the Buccaneers, who are sitting at a measly 1-4 record.
I'm curious if there are any other areas besides Florida where football is more popular even though baseball performs better.
I've heard it's not NY or LA...
