I won the drama lottery, but it's below my expectations.

I've watched up to episode 4, but it lacks impact and feels quite bland.
The female employees are being highlighted more than the male employees.
It feels like the drama is being driven by three characters: the whining rookie, the rude assistant manager who was just transferred in yesterday, and the department head who acts like a piece of semi-dried squid when it comes to personnel decisions.
