Interest in being a film critic

To be honest, I consider myself to be just a "power blogger"
with a slightly higher level of recognition than an average personal blogger.
I believe there are many ordinary people out there
who possess more extensive knowledge about films than I do,
but seeing how people perceive me and how I am portrayed in the media,
it feels like everyone holds me in much higher regard than I actually am.
Sometimes, I find myself wondering why that is.
