Jeonbuk does not use the Jeolla-do dialect.

To be precise, they don't use the 'Jeonnam' dialect.
Except for Namwon, most major cities like Jeonju, Iksan, Gunsan, and Gimje are located in the upper part of Jeonbuk,
so if you want to get technical, it's closer to the Chungnam dialect.
I saw on the show 'Hangout with Yoo' that they visited Jeonju recently,
and Seoulites like Yoo Jae-suk kept saying things like
'Atta,' 'Heobeollage,' and '~haetgumaying,'
but people from Jeonbuk don't actually talk like that ㅠㅠ
