Dr. X's North Korean dialect... the character feels out of place

I'm watching it right now haha
But in the beginning.. because of that
North Korean dialect??
I can't focus..
It's not just one or two words either
It feels like a North Korean drama
And that woman, the director of the introduction office..
She feels out of place
Characters that don't fit the drama..
The more I watch
The more it feels like a disappointing drama
If they had done a proper remake
It would have been so much better..
