I sprinkled sand on the hinge twice, but the YouTube comments are lol

This is my first time seeing an ITSub YouTube live, and looking at the comments is giving me a headache.
I already did it, but people were complaining in the comments, so I did it one more time, and then they immediately started complaining again asking why I wasn't doing it lol
They could just rewind the video themselves, but it feels like they've already decided on the "right" answer just to bash me.
It's worse than idol fandoms fighting and grabbing each other's hair.
I don't get why people get so emotionally invested in electronic devices lol
