People who make you angry when eating together

When there is a stew or soup in the middle
Some people don't use a ladle to take a separate serving, but instead eat directly from the pot as if it were their own bowl. They even stir it around with the chopsticks they've been using.
Today, I finally said something, telling them that's not proper dining etiquette.
Since I have three people like this around me, there are probably quite a few others out there too.
Let's fix this habit.
