Traffic signals are treated like they belong to another country.
It is common practice for them to drive aggressively in narrow alleys.
While waiting at lights, they just hang their helmets and spit everywhere.
They gather in corners to smoke, and I don't know why they just toss their cigarette butts on the ground.
The place is crawling with people who don't even act like decent human beings.
