1kg of Pork Hind Leg

I bought some Korean pork (Handon) on Coupang for a little over 9,000 won,
tenderized it with baking soda,
and made Vindaloo.
Since prices are so high,
we have to keep experimenting.
This photo was taken while it was still in progress;
I let it simmer on low heat for another 30 minutes.
