Byeon Woo-seok purchased Hannam THE HILL for 13 billion won in an all-cash deal

Actor Byeon Woo-seok is reported to have purchased Hannam THE HILL, a luxury residential complex in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, for 13 billion won.
According to a report by Korea Business TV on the 10th, Byeon Woo-seok purchased a unit with an exclusive area of 235㎡ at Hannam THE HILL last May and completed the transfer of ownership after paying the remaining balance on the 2nd.
As no separate collateral mortgage is registered on the certified copy of the real estate register, it is presumed that the purchase price of 13 billion won was paid entirely in cash.
Regarding this matter, Byeon Woo-seok's agency, Baro Entertainment, told Maeil Business Star Today, "It is difficult to confirm as it pertains to the actor's private life."
Hannam THE HILL is a luxury residential complex built in 2011 on the former site of Dankook University, consisting of 32 buildings and 600 units. It is considered one of Korea's representative luxury residential complexes due to its large-sized units, low floor area ratio, and extensive landscaping.
Hannam THE HILL is known to be home to many celebrities, including corporate executives, as well as So Ji-sub, Ock Joo-hyun, Choo Ja-hyun, Lee Yo-won, Lee Young-ja, and Lee Seung-chul.
Byeon Woo-seok, who debuted as a model, has appeared in dramas such as 'Dear My Friends', 'Record of Youth', 'When the Flowers Bloom, Think of the Moon', 'Strong Girl Nam-soon', 'Lovely Runner', and the Netflix variety show 'Yoo Jae-suk Camp'.
