Ahn Ki-hyo says this is the race balance from the Protoss perspective

Originally, Protoss is favored in matchups against Terran,
whereas in matchups against Zerg, Zerg is favored.
Someone asked on a stream which gap is larger: Protoss being favored against Terran or Protoss being at a disadvantage against Zerg.
He replied, 'The PvZ gap is obviously larger. Even aside from the fact that I am a Toss player, most people would agree.'
Do you think this is true?
