Having some soju with croquettes made of croaker

Raw croaker doesn't quite suit my palate, as I am more used to flatfish.
It has a unique scent and a slightly crumbly texture?
It's not bad, but I can't eat much of it, so I'm making croquettes and eating them with some leftover sweet and spicy fried chicken.
