I'm reading a trending post, but isn't holding the door for someone the norm in Korea too???

Looking at the comments, there are actually more people who don't do it than I thought?
I thought it was a universal thing that everyone does in every country?
Of course, I hold the door too, but if they take too long, I just leave.
But isn't holding it for a certain amount of time usually the norm?
