Even when looking for a job change, there are simply no workplaces in the western metropolitan area

When I look into changing jobs, most workplaces are in Seoul or the eastern areas like Gangnam, but even looking outside of Seoul, they are all around Pyeongchon, Gwacheon, Yongin, Suwon, or Seongnam.
In areas like Incheon, Gimpo, Ansan, Ilsan, Bucheon, or Siheung, there are either no jobs at all, or if there are, they are just low-wage, low-level positions.
I don't want to move to the eastern metropolitan area, but the workplaces are just too far away, sigh...
