Planning a 2-day, 1-night trip to Daegu and Gumi; need some help

This is the basic outline
Seoul Station 8:40 KTX departure
Lunch: Lian Yaki Udon
Street Piano (I'm not sure where to go)
Dinner: Hanseong Bulgogi
Accommodation: TBD
Next day: Ramen Festival + Gumi Jungang Market
I want to visit as many Daegu hotspots as possible on the first day, but I don't know the real local favorites ㅜㅜ
I'm also planning to visit Seomun Market
I want to find cheap accommodation
