Is it possible to abolish military service exemptions only for sports while maintaining others?

It's not just sports that have military service exemption systems; there are many other fields as well.
Is it realistically possible to single out just sports and abolish only that?
There are three major categories:
Industrial, academic, and research fields
Arts and physical education fields
Public service fields
I believe we should protect military service exemptions for our country's traditional culture,
but even in the arts, there are various classical fields,
there are doctors, lawyers, and veterinarians,
and there are PhD holders in engineering,
so while maintaining those,
would it be possible to abolish military service exemptions only for sports?
Or is the direction to abolish all of those things entirely?
