Is there any way for someone in their 40s to get a job with an annual salary of 40-50 million KRW or more?

My attendance is great. I start my day with a morning smoke at 7 AM before work time, and man, it's refreshing.
I have experience in IT sales, and I was even solid in insurance, which is considered the pinnacle of sales.
But when I submit my resume, they start offering from 30 million KRW lol
I'd rather just stay home and do nothing.
