When I see professors who frequently appear on TV...

I wonder how they manage to find the time for that..
I'm curious..
I am also currently working in academia..
Just preparing classes + research + managing graduate students..
Even with just these, the day flies by so quickly..
I can't help but wonder if they are giving up on all of this to appear on TV..
