My LDL level is 175... Should I take medication?

I took medication because it was 180 during my health checkup 4 years ago...
But I don't think I've had a checkup since then ㅜㅜ (I think I let my guard down in my mind, thinking I'm still young)
My mother also has hyperlipidemia... so I think it's genetic..
I love everything that's bad for you, like raw ramen, ice cream, and snacks..... (BMI 23.8)
The standard for fasting blood glucose is up to 99, but mine is 102 ㅜㅜ
Triglycerides are 100 and HDL is 53, which are normal
LDL is 175 and total cholesterol is 248..ㅜㅜ
The hospital told me to try managing my diet and exercising for 3 months, then get my blood drawn again;
If it still doesn't improve, they said I should take medication ㅜㅜ
They also said my Hepatitis B antibody has disappeared and told me to get a shot -_-;;;
