I am someone who witnessed the fire around 12:20 AM while walking home from a night stroll.
The news reported that a woman in her 30s, who lives in the villa with her parents, committed arson.
It was a villa that was almost newly built and looked nicer than the surrounding villas, but four cars were burned, and the entire building is covered in soot.
