Will the productive ISA return?

To be honest, if they had just released this on its own, there wouldn't have been much to criticize.
But they went and completely wrecked the existing ISA, which is why they're getting even more backlash.
If it were just this, there wouldn't be much reason to complain. Even though it's specifically for the domestic market, dividend income tax is completely exempt.
Since their approval ratings have plummeted, they aren't even able to announce basic pension reforms properly; I wonder if they'll stop doing things like this altogether??
